A few honest questions.
- What counts as an edit?
- Anything under thirty minutes of work: a copy change, a new image, a price update, adding a testimonial, a new team member on the about page. Anything larger becomes a small piece of work, which we quote before starting.
- How does the one at a time queue work?
- You send requests whenever you like. We work through them in the order they arrive, one at a time, with a two business day turnaround on Branches and one business day on Canopy. The queue keeps quality high and prevents the back and forth of half-finished tasks.
- Can you take over an existing site?
- Yes. We start with a paid review, typically $250, to look at the current setup, hosting, code and content. If we can maintain it well, we onboard it into a tier. If it needs a rebuild first, we tell you plainly.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. Cancel with thirty days notice, whenever you like. Annual prepay is eleven months for twelve.
